Say Sorry to ‘Worry’!

What can be a very good example t0 a Silent-Killer…..???
The answer to this question should surely be …”Worry”.

What could be worse than a horror movie not reaching its climax? Worry is very much similar to this. Our thoughts roam around a particular point however far we try to travel.

So, from now on, when you think of worrying.. please remember its destructive effects on your health and your life. Sometimes we experience a sense of intoxication or dooming kind of feeling, which is due to too much of worry and anxiety. Thinking the negative effects of the present, past and the future leads to worry.

The people who keep consistently thinking of the negative aspects of life, and consistently focus on only the bad times of their life, end up with losing the capacity to face the challenges of life. They are just closing their eyes towards the brighter side of life. They forget to (or just don’t want to ) see the positivity!

What the Holy Books Say of Worry?
Quran:

There are millions of quotes that resemble the above verses in Quran!!!!

There are millions of quotes that resemble the above verses in Bible!!!!

Not only them, almost all the holy books say this.

So, Stop worrying. Trust your god.. Trust in whatever you do.. And believe that there is no need of worry in our life.
Question yourself the use of worry. The answer will show you the way!!!!!

Day & Night ~ Life

Hi Chum,

Today, I was thinking about one of the wonderful creations of god. “The day and night”. How they resemble our life, is awesome.

Day & Night describe the Happiness & Sorrow of our Life. After a warm day, there is sure to be a dark night. Similarly, there ought to be some worrisome time in our life.

When a night comes, we are not shocked. We don’t feel bad about it. We don’t cry on it. Because, we know that there’s surely a bright day ahead. Instead of crying, we enjoy the beauty of night.

But then, why are we so glum and sad towards some silly bad times of our lives? There’s sure to be a happy day light towards the other end of the dark time. So, why do we get so scared of it?

The day looks bright only because we see the night. Similarly, The happiness also looks as a boon only after seeing the glum.

So, don’t let the difficult times be hard on to you. Pray to God. Trust him. He is  always with you. All these small interruptions shouldn’t deviate your way from success. So, Don’t worry.. Be Happy!

Need For Sleep!

One of the most important daily task of life is a “Sleep”! Well slept at night, wakes you healthy in the morning to the rest of the day!

The modern day lifestyle is reducing the sleep time of an individual. While some suffer the lack of time to sleep, the other feel it difficult to sleep due to several personal issues.

Lack of time: The minimum time of sleep required for an individual differs by age group!

  • Newborns – 16 to 18 hours a day
  • Children of pre-school – 10 to 12 hours a day
  • School aged and teen – 9 hours of sleep a night
  • Adults – 7 to 8 hours a day

It is a must that we manage to fulfill this amount of sleep a day, irrespective whatever works we have. How you manage is up to you!

Unable to sleep: This is the most frustrating thing. Your mind thinking a billion. You keep tossing and turning round the bed.

These are the tricks for you to follow:

  • Reduce day time sleep. Night sleep is more essential. If you sleep, it must be until the 3 pm only.
  • Follow a regular time. Go to bed the same time every day. Even on weekends, don’t break your chain.
  • Keep coffee and cola away by the sunset. All those things that contain caffein, alcohol and nicotine like coffee, tea, even chocolate must be avoided.
  • Have a light snack before bed. Drinking slightly boiled milk gives a warm sleep too.
  • Take a hot bath before one hour of sleep. This will make sleep hold you very tightly 😉
  • Make sure your environment supports sleep. A cooler and noiseless room is suggested for a good sleep.
  • If you are unable to sleep for more than 15-20 mins , get up! Then start doing something really boring, like reading some General Knowledge books. But don’t switch on the bright lights..
