Day & Night ~ Life

7 Jul
Hi Chum,

Today, I was thinking about one of the wonderful creations of god. “The day and night”. How they resemble our life, is awesome.

Day & Night describe the Happiness & Sorrow of our Life. After a warm day, there is sure to be a dark night. Similarly, there ought to be some worrisome time in our life.

When a night comes, we are not shocked. We don’t feel bad about it. We don’t cry on it. Because, we know that there’s surely a bright day ahead. Instead of crying, we enjoy the beauty of night.

But then, why are we so glum and sad towards some silly bad times of our lives? There’s sure to be a happy day light towards the other end of the dark time. So, why do we get so scared of it?

The day looks bright only because we see the night. Similarly, The happiness also looks as a boon only after seeing the glum.

So, don’t let the difficult times be hard on to you. Pray to God. Trust him. He is  always with you. All these small interruptions shouldn’t deviate your way from success. So, Don’t worry.. Be Happy!

All the best in every step of your life!

Unnecesary Struggles in life?

21 Jun
There are many instances in life where we feel that we are struggling a lot. We lose patience. We wonder why we need to struggle so much.

Listen to this story of “Mr.Chetan and the little moth”, and lets see if your opinion about struggle remains same!

One day, Mr. Chetan found a cocoon of a moth. He wished to see the moth coming out of the cocoon and kept the cocoon with him. Later, one day he observed an opening in the cocoon and with an anxiety waited several hours to see the moth come out of it.

There it is! the moth was now appearing and was struggling to come out of the cocoon. But it was difficult. It was working very hard to come out of it. And at an instance, it was stuck and looked like it stopped trying. So, Mr.Chetan couldn’t see this and gave his helping hand. He slit open the cocoon and the moth could easily get out of it. Mr.Chetan was proud of himself and was now waiting for the moth to grow its wing and fly.

But it didn’t happen. Not for that day..  and not for a week. In fact, the moth led the left of its life crawling with its swollen body and flightless wings.  The innocent Chetan couldn’t understand a simple thing, that the little  struggle was necessary for the moth to develop the fluid force of its body.!

“The moth lost its capacity to fly in freedom, as it did not struggle the time it should”

Hence sometimes, Struggle is very much necessary in life!

The Giant “Goliath” vs. An ordinary “David”

10 Jun
Hi Chum, Let me tell me a short story of David and Goliath. Then tell me what you learnt from it!

Goliath- A Nine feet giant of Philistine

David- A young shepherd of Israel, the youngest son of Jesse

…It was a war between Israel and Philistine. The armies faced each other for battle, on the opposite sides of the steep valley. Israel had to face the Giant Nine feet tall Goliath of Philistine. The whole army and even Saul, the then King of Israel was terrified of him.

But surprisingly, there was a volunteer from Israel willing to fight again Goliath. He was David. A young shepherd. The king had to finally agree to him and sent him to the war against Goliath.

David just went to the war, without any sword or armor. He just had the shepherds tools i.e., the slingshot and a pouch of stones. But the biggest weapon he had was his trust in Lord Almighty.

Goliath took it as fun and moved forward to kill him. David reached his bag, slung one of his stones onto Goliath’s head. The stone, finding a hole in the armor of Goliath and sunk into his forehead. The monster fell face down on the ground. This weakened the Philistines and led to Israels victory.

The story has something to say :

While the whole army looked at the giant as a big unbeatable demon, David looked at Goliath at a different perspective that he was just another mortal human defying the Almighty God.

Hence, if we look at the giant problems from David’s point of view, we will realize that god is with us and he will fight for us. The only thing we need to do is trust him and just put in our efforts with confidence.

So friends, Do you think you have a terribly giant problem? or may be you have a good tough and challenging task to be solved with the trust in god!
